Description of Project
Ministry of Defense has proposed construction of residential accommodations for Defense personnel at Panampilly Nagar and Rameswaram, Kochi. The accommodations are proposed for Navy Personnel and comprise of 451 Dwelling units in an area of 14.16 acres. The structures are Stilt+13, Stilt+12 & Stilt+11 multi-stored. The Project cost is about Rs.100 Crores. Total Built up area - 52100 Sq m
