WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

We safeguard our people, projects and reputation by striving for zero employee injuries and illness, while operating and delivering our work. We encourage suggestions for realizing our health and safety objectives to create a safe working environment. This policy applies to all business operations and functions including those situations where employees are required to work off-site.

Goals

This policy:

  • Shows the commitment of WTESL’s management and employees towards health and safety.
  • Aims to remove or reduce the risk to the health, safety and welfare of all staffs, consultants and visitors, and anyone else who may be affected by our business operations.
  • Aims to ensure that all work activities are performed with appropriate safety standards.

Responsibilities

WTESL Management is responsible for providing and maintaining the following:

  • A safe working environment.
  • Facilities for the welfare of employees.
  • Information, instruction, training and supervision needed to ensure safety of employees from injury and physical risks.

WTESL’S staffs are responsible for:

  • Ensuring their own personal health & safety and that of others in the workplace.
  • Complying with any directions given by management for health and safety.
