WTESL is providing end to end solutions covering the entire project life cycle from concept stage to project handover for Architectural and Engineering Designs, Construction Supervision and Project Management Services.

The activities may include but not limited to the following:

  • Study of the Client's Terms of Reference and conceptual proposals for the project.
  • Collecting and reviewing all available data and information relevant to the study.
  • Carrying out preliminary reconnaissance surveys and investigations appropriate in extent and detail where necessary to supplement available information.
  • Study of alternative feasible proposals.
  • Carrying out Initial Environment Examination (IEE)/ Preliminary Environment Impact Assessment (EIA).
  • Preparation of cost estimates.
  • Carrying out preliminary economic / financial viability of the project.
  • Reporting the merits of proceeding to next stage of Detailed Feasibility Study.

The activities may include but not limited to the following:

  • Review of the Terms of Reference for the study, discuss with the Client and submit comments, if any, including suggestions for improvement.
  • Collection and study of all necessary data and information relevant to the study.
  • Carrying out topographical surveys, site investigations and other investigations required for the study.
  • Study of feasible alternative proposals.
  • Preparation of preliminary designs and drawings for selected proposals.
  • Carrying out Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) studies.
  • Preparation of cost estimates.
  • Carrying out economic / financial viability of the project.
  • Study of statutory and local authority requirements and advise the Client to obtain approvals where necessary.
  • Coordinating the services provided by other consultants.

The activities may include but not limited to the following:

  • Carry out detailed surveys, detailed site investigations and other investigations necessary for the preparation of the detailed designs and drawings.
  • Preparation of design criteria, design reports, develop detailed designs and tender drawings.
  • Coordinating the designs and documentation provided by other consultants.
  • Preparation of complete tender documentation comprising of Conditions of Contract, Bill of Quantities, Specifications, Drawings and Tender Advertisement, as appropriate.
  • Preparation of implementation programme for the Project.
  • Preparation of cost estimates for the project.

The activities may include but not limited to the following:

  • Advise the Client on appropriate methods and procedures of procurement.
  • Assist the Client in prequalification of contractors and invitation of tenders.
  • Assist the Client in review and evaluation of tenders received and advise on tenders in negotiating a contract.
  • Preparation of Contract Documents for signing.

The activities may include but not limited to the following:

  • Approve the contractor's work programme.
  • Review the contractor's work proposals and request for revision to ensure satisfactory execution and safety of work and personnel.
  • Carry out detailed day to day supervision through a Resident Engineer.
  • Ensure testing and quality control for conformity with Specifications and Standards.
  • Review the project cost and advice the Client of significant variations.
  • Check measurements and certify interim and final payments.
  • Ensure the preparation and submission of As-built Drawings and Manuals.
