Maharashtra State Textile Corporation (MSTC), a Govt. of Maharashtra’s Undertaking proposed to establish Garment Parks – Integrated Textile Complexes on the lands of closed mills of MSTC in Nagpur (Empress Mills), Solapur (Narsing Girji Mills), Kolhapur (Shree Shahu Chhatrapati Mills) and Amravati (Vijaya Mills). The project included integrated cluster development for research & training, manufacturing facilities, styling and design centers, product display centers for textile, apparel, garment and made ups.

Services Offered

Study and assessment of the locational advantage to identify product focus, preparation of broad vision for configuration of each project including essential components, area allocation for each activity in the complex on the basis of local market need and assessment and also as per the DC rules of the local body, total cost of development, project structuring, projections of revenue realization, cash flow analysis and business plan, preparation of concession statement and covenants of development for the developer in consultation with MSTC
